How can I change / cancel an order?
The order will be sent to our shipping service provider within a short time. You should therefore immediately write an email to our customer service.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value.
Orders received Monday to Friday by 11:00 a.m. will be handed over to DHL on the same day. These will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by us on the next working day and handed over to DHL

Can I track my shipment?

My order has not yet arrived. What can I do?
If your order was longer than 7 working days ago and you have not yet received any goods, please contact customer support.

Please contact customer service for this. If you have received the wrong or defective goods, we will send you a return label and you will not incur any costs. For all other reasons, the return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
